BSTSTRAP Bonded Strapping is made in China of a specially packaged form of HotMelt polyester strapping. It is suitable for use in all cardboard and plastic baling machinery. Bale strapping, baling strap or baling tape utilises a special design and smaller cardboard core. As a result, our range of bale press strapping can be used with most common baling presses.As well as being suitable for use in popular bale presses and strapping tools, this hot-melt polyester tape strapping is also ideal for securing loads. Manufactured by BSTSTRAP from China of high tenacity polyester yarns it is as strong as steel strapping, but more flexible and safer to handle.

BSTSTRAP baling strap will stand up to most weather conditions and temperature changes, as well as ensuring constant tension during every stage of packaging and product handling.

Bale Press Strapping is polyester strapping with a reduced outer coil diameter to fit bale presses.This strapping will not tear or fray and can be re-tensioned with heavy duty steel buckles if the product settles or moves in transit. It has a higher break strain and system strength and can therefore be used on heavier loads.

This form of strapping is stronger than light-grade steel and is non-toxic and neither corrodes, rusts, nor strains, and is also resistant to UV and other weather conditions. Bale Press Strapping also has no sharp edges and will not damage your products or forklift.
